What is the Radiant Loyalty Programme all about?

The Radiant Loyalty Programme is our way of thanking all of our clients. This exclusive rewards programme expresses our appreciation for the loyalty patronage of present and future clients.

The Radiant Loyalty Programme is operated by Skin Renewal – 0861 BOTOX SA(0861 26869 72)

You have to be a patient at Skin Renewal to be eligible for membership. Membership is contingent on the terms and conditions and there is no enrollment fee for this programme. You may maintain only one account.

The initial tier status is determined by your spend during the previous 12 months. Thereafter spend will be reviewed every 3 months and your status will be valid for the following 12 months.

  • Jade - All new clients will be registered as Jade members and will move up a tier as soon as you reach the R25 000 spend threshold.
  • Upgrade to Pearl - In the event that your total spend exceeds R25 000 in any 12 month period, you will be upgraded from Jade to Pearl status which will be valid for the following 12 months.
  • Upgrade to Diamond - In the event that your total spend exceeds R50 000 in any 12 month period, you will be upgraded from Pearl to Diamond status which will be valid for the following 12 months.

How do I Join the Skin Renewal Radiant loyalty programme?

On your next visit to Skin Renewal; you will be given an option to join the Radiant Loyalty Programme. When you have agreed to the terms and conditions and signed the form- the branch manager will set up your account as well as add your details to our online Loyalty Programme portal. Pearl and Diamond Clients will automatically be registered before your next visit to Skin Renewal and will receive your Radiant Loyalty pack upon arrival.

After joining, when will I receive my Loyalty Card?

You will receive your loyalty card immediately after your registration has been completed by the branch manager.

Where do I get my login details from?

Once you have received your Radiant Loyalty pack which includes your card; you will receive a leaflet with which the branch manager has written your login details on. This leaflet will explain to you exactly how to log into your account.

How do I log into my account?

Go to www.skinrenewal.co.za and find the login button on the top right hand corner of the website. You will have received your username and password from the branch manager. Once logged in for the first time; it is required that you change the password you have been supplied to your own personal choice

What can I do once I have logged into the Radiant Loyalty Programme website?

Once logged into the Loyalty programme website- you will be able to do the following;

  • Update your personal details View your next appointment details online View your milestone balance online
  • Answer questionnaires available to Loyalty members only, whereby you will earn rewards. Results from previous questionnaires will be available online once the questionnaire has ended.

What differentiates each tier and what are the different benefits?

Jade is the entry level tier of our Radiant Loyalty Programme and is available to all clients. With the Jade tier; you receive a special birthday treatment as well as a joining reward. Once you have reached your R10 000 and R20 000 milestone you will be rewarded with a free treatment of your choice out of two options.

Pearl is the second level of the Radiant Loyalty Programme. With the Pearl tier you receive a complementary birthday spoil available for 3 months. You will be informed of all product specials, launches as well as new treatments available before being made public with preferential bookings for new treatments. Every milestone you reach R10 000, R20 000, R30 000, R40 000 and R50 000 milestone you reach; you will be rewarded with one choice of two free treatments.

Diamond is the third and final tier of the Radiant Loyalty Programme and is only available for our top clients. With the Diamond tier you receive an extra special complimentary birthday spoil valid for 3 months. You will be informed of all product specials, launches as well as new treatments available before being made public with preferential bookings for new treatments. Every milestone you reach R10 000, R20 000, R30 000, R40 000, R50 000, R60 000, R75 000 and R100 000; you will be rewarded with one choice of two free treatments.

How can I move up in tier status?

The initial tier status is determined by your spend during the previous 12 months. Thereafter spend will be reviewed every 6 months and your status will be valid for the following 12 months.

Jade - All new clients will be registered as Jade members and will move up a tier as soon as the R25 000 spend threshold has been reached.

Upgrade to Pearl - In the event that your total spend exceeds R25 000 in any 12 month calendar period, you will be upgraded from Jade to Pearl status which will be valid for the following 12 months.

Upgrade to Diamond - In the event that your total spend exceeds R50 000 in any 12 month calendar period, you will be upgraded from Pearl to Diamond status which will be valid for the following 12 months.

How do discounts work on Pearl and Diamond?

Pearl

Earn 5% discount on every transaction. You can choose to bank this discount to save up for a treatment or you can use the discount immediately.

Diamond

Earn 10% discount on every transaction. You can choose to bank your discount to save up for a treatment or you can use the discount immediately.

Using your banked discount

As a Pearl or Diamond member if you choose to bank your discount you will have the option to use the banked balance as an when you like at any Skin Renewal Branch.

What happens if I lose my Radiant Loyalty Programme membership card?

In the event of loss or theft of your Radiant Loyalty Programme membership card, it is your responsibility to advise Skin Renewal as soon as possible. Skin Renewal accepts no responsibility for any unauthorized use of the card. Skin Renewal will void the lost or stolen card and reduce the member's exposure to further loss of points, but accepts no responsibility for same. The card will be replaced and any banked discount will be transferred to the replacement card. The Radiant Loyalty Programme membership card is a bearer card and, as such, the cardholder should treat the card with the same protection and safety measures as if it were cash.

Can I transfer my discount to someone else?

The Radiant Loyalty Card received after registration is and will remain the property of Skin Renewal and must be returned on demand, it is also not a payment card. You are prohibited from transferring your card to any other person for the purpose of them receiving the benefits of your spend. You are also prohibited from transferring, in any way whatsoever, the benefit of redeeming discounts accumulated on the account. Only you as the registered cardholder may redeem discounts and rewards earned in the account.
