  • AK* is Actinic Keratosis (rough pre-cancerous sunspots)
  • DSAP* is Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokeratosis (widespread sunspots on body especially lower legs)
  • KP* is Keratosis Pilaris (roughened, bumpy skin most commonly found on back of arms)
  • Neglected areas* are Neck, Decollate (Chest), Hands, Elbows, Knees, Heels, Forearms, Shoulders
